I didn’t see Dr Regan. I saw Dr David Stark. He always pleasant and he gives the best care and advice.

I emailed the office and he called me to inquire about my eye injury and went to see him first thing in the morning. He checked to make sure I have to cornea injury.

Dr Stark (as well as ALL personnel at The Ventura Eye Institute) is knowledgeable, thorough, & very professional. He put me at ease within the first 2 minutes of discussing my eyesight issues with him. My whole family goes to The Ventura Eyesight, and I continue to refer friends to Dr Stark

He is the most caring, capable ophthalmologist (and human being) anyone could ever imagine! Great bedside manner, kind, intelligent, I would recommend him to anyone, He’s definitely a 5star doctor!

I received a return call quickly and they made a way to squeeze me in. The office was very friendly. Dr. Ragen is amazing! He listened to my symptoms and spent time to locate the root cause of my issue. So grateful!

I had a procedure done to increase lubrication in my eyes. There was slight discomfort but the doctor took his time and made sure I was okay to continue. I have had some improvement in the 5 days since the procedure was completed. I will continue with hot compresses and eye drops as recommended.

Good experienced. Overall the nursing personnel were very helpful and kind, and Dr. Stark, was excellent; he explained everything he was doing was well prepared and an expert in his field.

Dr Regand and staff went above and beyond for scheduling my MRI And then a Head xray...called immediately after receiving my MRI report and verified they would let my pcp know also...very caring and thorogh!!
